Pre-Order Policy

In the event that ready-to-ship inventory sells out, orders may be placed on a limited pre-order basis.

Pre-order fulfillment typically requires approximately 4-6 weeks before shipment. Estimated production and shipping timelines may vary by garment. Please refer to the product description for the most accurate timeline.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated production timeframe provided at the time of purchase.


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order and limited-production nature of our garments, all sales are final. At this time, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.

If you receive an incorrect item or a product that arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all original packaging included.

WithoutAdore reserves the right to refuse any return request involving items that have been washed, worn, altered, or otherwise damaged after delivery.

Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use is not considered a manufacturing defect.


International Shipping

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by their local government.

By placing an international order, you agree to accept responsibility for any applicable fees and customs requirements associated with your shipment.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address whenever possible.


Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, WithoutAdore is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the shipping provider.

Any claims regarding lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. We will do our best to assist customers in locating shipments when possible, but final resolution remains the responsibility of the carrier.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order, as WithoutAdore cannot guarantee recovery of packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
